My painting of the propped up blossom trees in the Jardin des Tuileries in Paris. I believe these are cherry trees, carefully braced to allow them to flourish. Who doesn't need propping up every now and then.

I made this in acrylics on a plywood panel, securely float-mounted in a box-type wood frame that doesn't overlap and leaves a small shadow gap around so that the painted edges of the panel are just visible. The picture itself is 39.5cm (15.5 inches) wide and 32.5cm (12.75 inches) high. Including its frame, it is 42.5cm (16.75 inches) wide and 35.5cm (14 inches) high. I have signed and dated on the reverse.
